NOZZLE GEL provides excellent protection against weld spatter build-up on MIG gun nozzle, tips, positioners, stud welding chunks and electrode holders on all semi and automatic welding apparatus. The dipping of the hot MIG gun nozzle into the NOZZLE GEL creates a protective anti-spatter coating that eliminated spatter build-up and erratic operatic. NOZZLE GEL will not cause porosity in the subject metal and help eliminate electrode fusion to the contact tip during burn back conditions.
NOZZLE GEL is compatible will all welding processes including aluminum and can be certified for use on Nuclear Vessels as per A.S.M.E. Boilder and Pressure Code, Section III. The use of NOZZLE GEL during MIG operation will contribute to increased weld quality and increased production time. NOZZLE GEL is safe to use. It is non-toxic, non-flammable, silicone free and meets all safety regulations.
